Sales Executive /Sn Executive

Maintaining and capturing sales on the basis of relationship- Sales Executives should always be there for client’s queries and doubts and should satisfy the customer’s expectations

Aim to increase company’s market share of the total business volume

Develops sales strategy and achieves sales target set by the management

Presenting the company and the services to the clients, in a structured and professional manner


Senior Documentation Executive

Preparation of complete set of documents pertaining to export/import

Ensuring timely submission of necessary paperwork

Co-ordination with relevant government bodies and authorities for attestation and other approvals

Close co-ordination with shipping companies/ transporters and clearing agents for booking and scheduling of the shipments

Tracking the status of the shipment and regularly updating all the concerned parties

Assist in monitoring and ensuring standard business procedures and policies


Overseas Customer Care Executive/ Overseas Coordinator

Co-ordination with various departments to provide updated information/reports to the customer.

Communicating courteously with the customer by telephone, fax, emails

Communicating with overseas agents.

Tracking the status of the shipment and regularly updating all the concerned parties.

Sending complete set of pre-alert/ post-alert to customers/ agents on timely basis

Assist in monitoring and ensuring standard business procedures and policies.

Aim to retain customers by providing exceptionally good service levels
