Corporate Sales Executive


Follow-up and co-ordination with Internal team on a regular basis.
New lead generation.
Overall rapport build-up with existing large insurance clients
Record keeping and renewal notice monitoring.


Underwriting Executive

Marine Cargo underwriting, preparation of quotes, use of portals, co-ordination with Insurers, clients interaction, registration of Marine Cargo claims etc.

Motor insurance, preparation of quotes, use of portals, co-ordination with Insurers, client’s interaction, registration of motor claims etc.

• Travel insurance, preparation of quotes, co-ordination with Insurers, clients interaction etc.

SAIBA Entry.

MIS preparation and co-ordination with Branches.

Record keeping and renewal notice monitoring.


Import-Export Coordinator

Scrutiny of Documents, Preparation of s/bill & submission in Ice gate.

Co-ordination with client regarding Dispatch of Cargo.

Instruct the Operation Staff for the Carting.

Follow the shipment with operation staff, shipping company up to hand over the cargo.

Follow the Releasing of Bill of lading with Co-ordination with Freight Forwarders.

Tracking & Dispatch the original Documents with Document assistant.

Follow the daily status report for the export shipments.

Planning of LCL & FCL shipments.

Co-ordination with shipping lines, Transporter & and operation staff.

Shipment status and planning vessel details from CHA.

Handling Export shipment documents.

Co-ordination with destination consignee and freight forwarder.

Maintain Daily status report for the shipments.

Independently Handling Pre-Shipments and Post Shipments Documents.

Planning for tools/equipment's dispatch from current location to another location.

Materials pick up planning from local supplier.

Updating Shipments status to respective Clients on phone calls as well as through email.

Coordinating with Docks staff on regular Basis for customs Clearance activities.

Doing regular follow up with Clients Nominated Freight Forwarders for Various Issues e.g. like stuffing Plan, Vessel schedule, B/L copy Etc.

Co-ordination with client regarding Dispatch of Cargo.

Follow up the shipment with operation staff, Freight Forwarder up to hand over the cargo.

Handling Nomination Shipments

Coordinate with overseas Business Partner.
